Overwhelming Possibilities

Once again, I am completely overwhelmed with the number of opportunities that aspiring writers, like myself, have on the Internet. It is very easy to get lost in the sea of websites dedicated to writing for money. I have been so excited with all the potential for my writing(as I'm sure others have) that I haven't been doing the one real thing that a writing career is based on...WRITING.
Just surfing the Web and seeing all the potential income and exposure for the last few days has been distracting me from actually doing what needs to be done. Therefore I have to focus my attention on writing some quality articles, and THEN look into the possible markets for said articles.
Tip #3: It is VERY easy to sit and "research" online all day without writing anything. Keep in mind that actually writing is the only thing that will improve your writing career and should be your main priority.

Good Ol' Notebook

A couple weeks ago I was hanging out with a friend. We were just discussing that my computer was acting up and I couldn't use it. I got up and she said, "Where are you going?"
"I'm going to write something real quick." I replied.
"How??" She said.
"The old fashioned way."
"Oh my gosh, Duh!."
And we cracked up.

Don't forget that you can always write with pen and pad!

Tip #2: Carry a notebook with you at all times, you never know when inspiration with strike!

Using a Neti-Pot

Just started writing for the website Life123.com
Check out my first article on that site:
Using a Neti-Pot
Hello again!
I just signed up for Google AdSense and am using it on here now! Although I am quite new to all this, I'm learning quickly and hope to share my adventures and knowledge about writing for money!

Tip #1: Get Google AdSense for your blog or website. They will post ads relative to your content and pay you a portion of the proceeds when people click on said ads. Pretty awesome!

First Steps Into Writing Online For Money

I recently began writing for ehow.com. At first I was skeptical, but I just received my first payment. It was VERY modest, but it whet my appetite! I've begun doing research in regards to writing online content for money, and the sheer number of websites, and amount of information is quite overwhelming! I've been implementing some more self promotion and joining online groups and my income this month from ehow has increased 5 times! I'm very excited about this venture and will update soon. I am currently looking around at other pay for writing websites and will soon post which ones I've joined and how they are working out. Check out my articles on ehow under username allyria04.
